LODERS YOUTH CLUB & LODERS YOUNG PLAYERS

A FUN EVENING OF ORIENTEERING
IN THE GROUNDS OF LODERS COURT

 FRIDAY  8 JULY 2011

Age categories:  Loders Young Players Members under 8
In pairs to be accompanied by Responsible Parent/Guardian

LYC & LYP's Members - Years 5 & 6
will already have done some of the loop courses during a Loders School activity in the afternoon, but they are welcome to attend again and try some more loop courses - to work in pairs (3's if necessary)

LYC & LYP’s Members -Years 7+
to work in pairs (3's if necessary)

All to meet and register at Loders Village Hall at 6.15 pm
Supervised walk to the Court at 6.30 pm

Bring drink, sun hat, shower proof coat, etc (as weather dictates)
and wear trainers

Supervised walk back to the Village Hall for refreshments by 8.30 pm
Pick up by 9.00 pm from Loders Village Hall

(All car parking to be at Loders Village Hall and all access to Loders Court grounds to be on foot down the Church path and through the gate on the left-hand side.  Follow the path to 'base').

As this activity is 'off-site' for Loders Youth Club and Loders Young Players, any children over 8 (and those under 8 not accompanied by their Parent/Guardian) need to have a signed Consent Form.
