Please note that Penny is unable to take the swimming on Saturday 9 July and has postponed it until she can arrange another date with the pool. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please can you tell others that have been attending the swimming just in case I have not got in touch with them.

Finally, LYPs cricketers met Powerstock Jnr U13s at a very sunny Nettlecombe field on Saturday and everyone enjoyed a fun afternoon watching these very young players (LYPs team made up of mostly U11s).

Thanks everyone for all your help and support in making this a successful afternoon with beautiful cakes and produce. We raised over £80 for HELP THE HEROES charity and Powerstock were the winning team this year after losing to us in two previous years. We hope to plan a rematch in the summer holidays if there are enough children about.
