Thank you to Anna, Helen and Sally for transporting the children to the biggest schools' champs yet in Dorset . Our Loders kids had great fun & did brilliantly - we were up against the cream of state & independent schools and had some astonishing results.

Overall Loders came second in the Primary and Middle Schools' group!

Thaisen & Edward won the Y6 boys event with a massive 300 points! Overall they were 2nd out of 75 in the Primary & Middle Schools group which included Y7 & Y8 students. Only one Y7 boy scored 5 points more. This is by far our most impressive performance ever by two very switched-on & determined navigators & runners. Medals are on the way!

A special mention too of Lauren & Daisy who were 4th in Y5 girls (Daisy is still Y4!) and Marcus & Olivia who came 5th in Y5 Boys. If they can do this well this young, the sky's the limit! Well done also to India & Rosie, Rhiannon & Ellie and Jack & Frankie for their gritty performances. Score events require tough decisions against the clock and they made a superb effort. All our pairs gave 100%, even if a couple of them did get a bit bemused in the maze of paths & trees!

Ex-pupil Charlotte Parsons won Y7 girls, coming 13th out of 75 overall. It was her first time competing alone - a daunting experience! In the Senior group, Katie Reynolds won Y11 girls. A very good day for Loders, past and present!

Very well done team!
