On  Saturday the 24^th  of  April  20 schools competed in a tag  rugby tournament. Loders first match was against Bridport primary, Caspar vice, Alex.w,  Liam.d, Jack.m, Kirsty.f, Emily.c, Conor .h, Angus.c captain beat them 5-2.

The next game was against Sticklands school, we beat them 5-3. Then we had to play last years champions Broadwindsor but luckily it was their b team so we had to have revenge and that we did by beating them 5-3. Then we played  St Marys, it was very unfair on them as none of them had ever played the game before so to their disappointment we beat them 11-4.  

We were through to the semi finals against Salwayash.  This was the hardest game, we were always going behind but then catching up. When the whistle was blown Loders thought they had lost but one of Salwayash’s tries was disallowed and that made it a draw. They then had to count how many tries were scored, it was a close one but we won by three tries  so that took us into the final against Charmouth b. In the last 20 seconds Liam passed to Angus and scored a try and won 5-4. That won us the tournament and got the shield.
