On the 16^th of May, David, Lizzie, Harriet, James, Thomas, Jessica, Joe, Phoebe, Laurence and Casper went to Moors Valley Country Park to compete in an orienteering event. Everyone did very well. David and Lizzie got 225 points, Harriet got 170 points, Phoebe got 210 points, James and Thomas also got 210 points. Jessica and Joe got 305 points and last of all, Laurence and Casper got 90 points.

Some people did well in their classes too. Harriet came first in the year 5 girls, Jess and Joe came third in the year 6 boys and Lizzie and David came fifth in the year 6 boys. It took 45 minutes to get there and 45 minutes back. It was raining all the time, every one got soaked to the skin.
