On the 24^th of February a concert was held at Sir John Colfox School.

In the first part of the concert the following schools took part, Mountjoys

Hand bells ringers were brilliant! St Mary’s performed a dance and drama and their

Choir sang! County primary and Burton Bradstock choirs performed, St Catharine’s

did some fantastic dance routines from ‘Cats’, Powerstock did an African dance and

Thorners told the story of Enora and the crane bird with wonderful masks. Symondsbury’s

Samba drummers were brilliant. I played my flute. I played ‘La cucaracha’ a Mexican

traditional tune. At the end Mr. Proctor played a Tsunami prayer song on an American

Flute and we lit candles to remember those who have died
