On Sunday the 24^th of February Grace and her mother Mrs. Offord went orienteering in the pouring rain and they took their dogs with them. They did an orange course. Then at the third post they met up with Joseph and James. They apparently had taken twenty-one minutes looking for the second post. Then Grace, Joseph, James and Mrs. Offord set off to find the rest of the posts together, but by the time they had finished they were soaking wet and were very cold. Joe and James’s total time was 1:31.48.

There were 11 posts in total. Grace’s time was 51mins and 59 secs. The dogs looked like drowned rats.

Most posts were hidden but we found all of them with a bit of help on the 9^th post from an experienced orienteering man. They all thought that the 9^th post was the hardest.
