On 15th of July, Loders School had their 1999 sports day on the school field.
There were three teams which were the Reds, Blues and the Greens. All the teams had a Joker which they can use 3 times to double their points on the person they think would win. Reds put their Joker on the Marble and Spoon race, the Infant Obstacle race 2 and the Corner Spry. The Blues put theirs on the Reception Running Race, years 5 & 6 Obstacle race 2 and the years 5 & 6 Relay. Greens put theirs on the years 5 & 6 Obstacle race 3, years 3 & 4 relay and the Dressing-Up game.

The first race was the years 5 & 6 obstacle race 1, the final race was the 5&6 relay and presentation of the cup to the winners, which were the Green team with 72points, then the Blues with 56points and last the Reds with 38. It was very exciting but very hot and we had a lovely day.
