Part one of this year's tournament took place at Symondsbury
where A and B teams from Loders, Powerstock and Symondsbury took part.

On Thursday the 10th of November Loders, Powerstock & Symondsbury A & B teams took part in the cluster football tournament. The A team squad was Jack [c], Conor [vc] , Alex, George, Mark, Iona, Ellie, Levi and Oliver. The B team squad involved William [c], Tyler [vc], Laura, Kimberley, Andrew, Shane, Adam, Oliver& Callum. The first match was Loders B v Symondsbury B & it ended 3-0 to Loders, Tyler scoring the first & William scoring the other 2. The second game didn’t involve our teams so the next Loders game was Loders B v Powerstock B & it ended up 0-0. The next game was Loders A v Powerstock A , it was a close game but Alex Lee scored the only goal of the game in the first half & George made some great saves. Levi saved off the line right at the end & Jack putting some strong tackles in. The next game didn’t involve us either but the last game did. We over came Symondsbury with a 3-0 win. That game involved a fluky goal from Jack & two good goals from Levi. By Jack & Levi. |
